Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes
Miniature! Who doesn't love small things? I certainty do. Anything little is automatically cuter. Plus these become almost bite-size! As I mentioned in the recipe it's uber important to grease every nook & cranny of these intricate little pans and follow with a thorough dusting of flour. Don't forget the center cylinder and to go over the lip up out of the part where the batter pours into so once the cakes bake up they don't stick around the edges. Also, let these little guys cool completely before trying to delicately remove them from the pan- bundt cakes can be quite the stickers! I like to just dust them with powdered sugar for a light, sweet topping but of course you can always modify and make a chocolate glaze, spread freezer jam, icing or whatever you like!
enjoy!
